Description of the Job at Malta with Relocation Assistance

NEMESIS needs a Customer Support Agent. You will be a part of our Customer Support Team in Malta. You will support one of our key clients with their international speaking players throughout their portals.

Other requirements of the role:

• Assisting players through chat and via email
• Providing quality customer service to players
• Focusing on customers and responding to queries in inclination to the company’s policies
• Supporting and guiding customers with their requests and doing follow ups where necessary
• Promotion of the brand’s values and products
• Making sure that your working relationships with customers and colleagues remain very professional

Qualifications Needed for the Job at Malta with Relocation Assistance

• Previous experience working in customer service or a similar role is desired
• Excellent spoken and written skills in either French or English
• You must be detail-oriented. You should be reliable, process-oriented and adaptable. You must pay extraordinary attention to detail and you must be able to do different tasks and must be able to beat deadlines
• You should be able to work shifts and also work sometimes during weekends and public holidays
• Experience in gaming and esports is a bonus
