We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to support the social media customer success staff, to majorly respond to complaints and inquiries that come in through Piggyvest’s social and digital channels, and also interface with the Customer Finance team.

A great Customer Success Intern will have excellent writing and oral communication skills, must be smart, proactive, and empathetic towards customers, etc.

Prior knowledge in finance and customer support will be an added advantage. However, it is not necessary for the intern to have a college degree in the social media space if they have equivalent working experience.

*Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

The role is 80% Remote and 20% In-Office.
